Bringing a pet into the Philippines is not the mirror image of sending one out. The import permit is issued here, the health certification is issued there, and the airline adds its own rules on top — three sets of requirements that have to agree with each other before your pet boards.
We coordinate your origin veterinarian, the Bureau of Animal Industry and the airline so your pet clears arrival formalities instead of waiting inside them. If your pet is not a dog or a cat, tell us the species early: the paperwork, and the timeline, change.

Less than one month
The clearance itself is done when your pet arrives, not before. What this window is for is the paperwork on both ends: the vaccinations and the records in order, and the export paperwork matching what we hold on the import side, so that the arrival clearance is smooth.
Longer if the record is thin
Vaccinations that have lapsed or records that do not exist yet are what stretch an import. That work cannot be rushed, so tell us early and we will date it for you.
Species-dependent
Other species can be transported but require additional permits. Tell us the species early and we plan around it.

How early should an import start?
As little as two weeks when the records and the SPS clearance are in order, and longer when the vaccinations have to be built first — that is the part that sets the date. Send us a photo of your pet's vaccination record and we will tell you the earliest date your pet can realistically arrive, before you book anything.
Can you work with my vet abroad?
Yes, and it is worth doing. We send the origin clinic exactly what the Philippine side needs — format, wording, timing — so the certificate is accepted the first time instead of being corrected by email while your flight gets closer.
Is there quarantine on arrival?
For dogs and cats arriving with complete, valid documents the usual requirement is a 30-day home quarantine rather than a stay in a government facility. Incomplete documents are what send a pet to a holding facility, which is why we check the whole file before departure.
Can you deliver my pet to my home?
Pets can be released at Manila, Cebu or Clark airport, and from any of those we coordinate home delivery to anywhere in the Philippines that air or sea travel reaches.
