Toby to Indiana: CDC rules, a moving date, and constant updates
Toby's relocation landed in the middle of the new CDC rules for dogs entering the United States, and the family's schedule shifted more than once. We re-planned around both.
“They gave us definite instructions and assistance on what to prepare, where to go, what to do, and what to provide, especially with the new CDC guidelines being implemented. They gave us constant updates, sending us pictures and videos on how our Toby was doing.”

When the family's dates changed, we rebooked and reissued the affected documents.
