The veterinary sequence is planned before any flight is discussed, because vaccination dates decide every later step.

Export from the Philippines and import to the Philippines are different paperwork — and so are the country rules at the other end.

Flight, crate and airline acceptance
We book cargo space only once the pet is legally ready to travel, and the crate is fitted and approved before the travel day.

A missing or late vaccination
The most common cause of a postponed departure. A vaccination given the week of the flight is not usable, and a titer sample taken before it is invalid.
A titer waiting period
Where a country sets a waiting period from the blood sample, no one can compress it. We move the travel date, not the rule.
Temperature and breed embargoes
Some aircraft cannot carry animals in peak heat, and snub-nosed breeds face additional restrictions. Routes change month by month.
Permit and certificate validity windows
Documents issued too early expire before arrival. Issued too late, they miss the flight. The windows are set by the authorities.

- How long does pet relocation from the Philippines take?
- Most routes we handle take about two to three months from the day the veterinary work starts. Destinations with a rabies titer waiting period — the United Kingdom, the European Union, Japan, Singapore and the UAE — take longer, because the waiting period is measured in months and cannot be shortened.
- How involved do I need to be in the process?
- You provide the pet's details and documents, and bring them to the clinic appointments we book. Everything else — permits, endorsements, airline acceptance, customs and delivery — is handled by us, with updates through the process.
- What happens if my travel date changes?
- Tell us as early as you can. Permits, health certificates and airline bookings are all tied to a window, so a small date change is usually a rescheduling exercise, while a large one may restart the health certificate.
- Do I need to be in the Philippines for the process to start?
- For an export, the veterinary work and appointments happen here, so we normally work with you, a family member or a trusted handler on the ground. For an import, we take over at the Philippine end once the pet arrives.
