A French Bulldog's journey from Manila to Los Angeles
Covi is a French Bulldog — a snub-nosed breed that many airlines refuse to carry. His owners chose us specifically for our experience with brachycephalic dogs, and we flew him from Manila to Los Angeles with a layover in Narita.
“As I was battling anxiety for my Frenchie, Aries gave us a sense of security and guaranteed that our dog will be okay. Until we arrived at our destination, including our layover in Narita, Japan, PetTransPro constantly communicated with us.”

저희가 처리한 방법
- 01
Snub-nosed breeds need veterinary clearance before an airline will accept them, so we scheduled Covi's kennel cough vaccination and medical clearance at a partner clinic in Pasig City.
- 02
Our team accompanied the family at the vet visit, explained every document they would carry, and met them at NAIA Terminal 3 on departure day.
- 03
We stayed in contact through Viber and WhatsApp from check-in, through the Narita layover, until Covi was released from the receiving kennel at LAX.

Grim the cat flies to Canada with her family
Cats are often the harder traveller — routine matters. Grim flew with her family, so we prepared the carrier training, documentation and pre-departure checks around a cat's tolerance rather than a dog's.

Oki's rabies titer test and move to the United Kingdom
The UK is one of the strictest destinations for pets from the Philippines because of our rabies status. Oki's move was decided by a rabies serology (titer) test and the waiting period that follows it.
