Exporting a pet from the Philippines follows a destination-specific order: where required, a microchip comes before the rabies vaccination; where not required, export can proceed without one. From there, we line up the health certificate, Bureau of Animal Industry permit and airline arrangements.
We hold that sequence for you, and we are straight about which of the three ways your pet can travel: in the cabin with you, as checked-in baggage, or as manifested cargo. More than 100 destinations later, every export is still built around your pet rather than a fixed package.
所需条件
- Your pet must be at least 4 months of age.
- A microchip is required when the destination country requires one; where it does not, an export can proceed without one. PetTransPRO highly recommends microchipping anyway because a microchip is required for entry into the Philippines if your pet may one day return, and we check the destination rule and handle the requirement when it applies.
- Vaccinations — DHLPPI for dogs, FCRVP for cats, plus anti-rabies, with the destination's required course, timing and records checked with your veterinarian.
- Parasitic treatments — both internal and external treatments, with the required treatment record checked for the destination.
- A veterinary health check, resulting in the health certificate required for export.
- A BAI export permit from the Bureau of Animal Industry.

常见问题

宠物主对该服务最常提出的问题。
Is a microchip required for every export?
No. It depends on the destination; where a microchip is not required, export can proceed without one. See the requirements above for why we still recommend it anyway.
How far ahead should I start?
It depends on the destination and on how complete the record already is. Canada can move in less than one month; the United Kingdom and the European Union need about four months from a standing start; Japan is six to seven months; and Australia is about seven months at best, and longer when the pet must first travel to and complete the 180-day residence in an approved country. On top of that, the rabies vaccination has to be at least 30 days old before the flight, and the health certificate and BAI permit have their own windows. Tell us where your pet is going and what is already in the record, and we will give you the earliest date that is genuinely possible.
Can my pet travel in the cabin?
Sometimes. It depends on the airline, the aircraft and your pet's weight with the carrier, and it is decided per flight rather than per airline. We check whether cabin, checked baggage or manifested cargo is available for the specific booking instead of assuming, and explain the option properly rather than leaving you to guess.
What if my pet's vaccination record is incomplete?
It is common, especially with rescued animals. Tell us what you have and we will work out what can be reconstructed from clinic records and what has to be repeated. A repeated rabies vaccination is not a disaster — it simply moves your earliest departure date.
Do you handle the airport on the day itself?
Yes. We meet you and your pet, complete the inspections and the handover, and stay with the process until your pet is accepted for the flight. You do not have to explain your documents to a cargo counter alone.
准备好开始了吗?
