First-time shippers: Winston flies to LAX as cargo
Winston travelled unaccompanied as manifested cargo — the option most owners are least sure about. Everything from pickup to release was documented, with contingencies planned in advance.
“It was our first time, but I had the chance to speak to many international shipping companies and you have exceeded our expectations. Everything from start to finish was documented and was done the best possible way.”

我们的处理方式
- 01
Cargo travel was explained before booking, including how the pet is held, ventilated and handed over at each end.
- 02
We documented each handover point so the owner knew exactly where Winston was at every stage.
- 03
Contingency plans were prepared in advance rather than improvised on the day.
