General Terms & Conditions for Payments
1. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with any payment to PetTransPRO Philippines, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined on this page, as well as any service-specific terms stated in their invoice or service agreement.
2. Nature of Services
PetTransPRO provides pet relocation services that may include:
- Clinic assistance and veterinary coordination
- Export documentation processing
- Import permit coordination
- Rabies titer testing and laboratory submissions
- Airline guidance, crate assessments, and travel planning
- Pet lodging and handling services
- Orchestration and advisory services
Once any part of these services is initiated, corresponding fees become earned and non-refundable.
3. Payment Policy
- All payments made through this page are processed securely via PayPal, and customers may use Debit/Credit cards without needing a PayPal account.
- Payments must match the amount instructed in the invoice or communication with the assigned consultant.
- PetTransPRO will verify payment before proceeding with any processing, booking, or documentation.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund eligibility may vary depending on the service rendered. In general:
- Full refunds are not guaranteed for any service.
- Once PetTransPRO begins any form of service execution — such as consultations, clinic arrangements, airline recommendations, documentation, or lodging — corresponding fees become non-refundable.
- Refunds (if applicable) are determined based on the progress of work already completed and may include administrative fees.
- For relocation cases, airline recommendations and vendor coordination are considered core services and are non-refundable once provided.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@pettranspro.com for evaluation.
5. Cancellation Requests
- Cancellation must be requested through the same email thread where the invoice or instructions were sent.
- Requests must include the customer’s full name, pet’s name, service type, and reason for cancellation.
- Processing time for review is 3–5 business days, after which the customer will be notified of the decision and refund amount (if applicable).
- Approved refunds will be processed through BPI, BDO, GCash, or PayPal only.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
- All information provided (pet details, travel dates, owner information) is accurate and complete.
- They understand that incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or additional fees.
- They follow timelines advised by PetTransPRO, especially for time-sensitive processes such as veterinary visits, document filings, and flight bookings.
- They review service-specific instructions and requirements sent by their assigned consultant.
7. Service Limitations
PetTransPRO acts as a coordinator between airlines, clinics, government agencies, and partner vendors. While every effort is made to ensure timely processing:
- Flight availability, airline restrictions, laboratory turnaround times, and government approvals are subject to external factors beyond PetTransPRO’s control.
- Delays caused by third parties do not qualify the customer for refunds.
8. Communication
Official communication regarding payments, cancellations, or service concerns must be sent to:

PetTransPRO will not recognize cancellation requests sent through social media, SMS, or messaging apps unless followed up by email.
9. Agreement to Proceed
By clicking the payment button on this page, the customer:
- Confirms their understanding of all terms stated above
- Confirms agreement to the applicable service-specific terms sent in their invoice
- Authorizes PetTransPRO Philippines to begin or continue processing the service
1. No Full Refunds
Full refunds are not available.
If the customer cancels before any service has been performed (such as clinic coordination, orchestration and guidance, travel equipment endorsement, consultation, or airline guidance), a refund of up to 75% of the payment may be issued.
Refund may also be computed as total amount paid minus ₱5,000 for the first pet and ₱2,500 for each additional pet — whichever is lower.
2. Cancellation After Partial Service Is Rendered
a. After airline recommendation
- Once PetTransPRO has provided an airline recommendation at any point in the process, the payment becomes non-refundable.
- Airline recommendation is considered a core service essential to planning the pet’s relocation; therefore, once provided, no refunds can be granted for any reason.
b. After veterinary visit (more than 3 days before departure)
- If the customer cancels after the veterinary visit but more than 3 days before flight departure and airline booking, a refund of up to 50% of the payment may be granted.
- Refund may also be computed as amount paid minus services already rendered and a ₱10,000 administrative fee for the first pet, plus ₱5,000 for each additional pet — whichever is lower.
3. Cancellation Within Three (3) Days of Departure
If cancellation is requested after the veterinary visit and within 3 days of the confirmed flight date, no refund will be issued.
All services within this period are considered fully delivered.
4. Cancellation Procedure
- Customers must submit a formal cancellation request via email, stating the transaction details and the reason for cancellation.
- Processing time is 3–5 business days from receipt of the request.
- Approved refunds will be deposited to BPI, BDO, GCash, or PayPal accounts only.

- Requests must be sent through the same email thread where the invoice was issued.

If you wish to settle via other payment channels, you may refer to the invoice send to you via email.
We accept payments made via bank transfer, GCASH or Cash when you visit the office.
