We sought the services of PetTransPRO Philippines, Inc. primarily because of its experience with snub nose dogs, especially French Bulldogs.

Our Frenchie means the world to us so costs aside, we saw that PetTransPro had a number of French Bulldog clients, and a recent one which arrived in LAX like ours.

Sir Renner constantly answered all our queries and concerns, fom the issue of our dog's color to his Heart guard stickers. We are grateful for his patience and efficiency in assuring us that there won't be any problems.

Tim, Aries and Chie personally accompanied us in our vet visits at VetMoto in Pasig City where our Frenchie was medically cleared and vaccinated for Kennel Cough vaccine. They were very patient and thorough in explaining the process and what to expect prior to our departure.

Sir Aries and another staff were the ones who assisted us in NAIA 3 before our flight. Aries explained to us the documents we were bringing and kept us informed thru Viber and Whatsapp.
As I was battling anxiety for my Frenchie, Aries gave us a sense of security and guaranteed that our dog will be okay.

Until we arrived in our destination, LAX, including our layover in Narita, Japan, up to the release of Covi from Rue's Kennels, PetTransPro constantly communicated with us.

We are truly grateful to PetTransPro for making Covi's journey from Manila to Los Angeles a successful one. Covi is part of our little family and means the world to us. Thank you for your assurance and for making sure everything is in order. We really felt your care for our little Covi.

We highly recommend PetTransPro to fur parents and pet owners, especially to Covi's Frenchie friends. Your fur babies/pets are in good hands.

Pet Transport Pro made an experience I was very anxious about incredibly smooth and reassuring. I used their service to transport my dog from Manila, Philippines all the way to Tampa, Florida, and my transporter, Dennis Javier, was outstanding from start to finish.

From the moment he picked up my dog, Dennis kept me constantly updated. Throughout the journey from the Philippines to the USA, I received over 25 photos and text messages, showing my dog at different points along the way. This level of communication really put my mind at ease and made me feel like my dog was in caring, professional hands the entire time.

Because there are only five airports that allow pet entry into the USA, we arranged to meet in Miami. Dennis handled all of the logistics and travel details so that by the time I met them at the airport, everything was organized and my dog was calm, safe, and clearly well cared for.

International pet transport is stressful and complicated, but Pet Transport Pro – and especially Dennis – made it feel manageable and secure. I would absolutely trust them again with my dog and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable pet transportation, especially for long-distance or international moves

We recently used Pet TransPro to bring our cat, Grim from Philippines to Canada and the entire experience was incredibly smooth. They handled all the paperwork and documents, guided us through every step, every vet visits, provided and guided us during pre departure, in flight and post travel to make sure the whole process is hassle free. It was so much easier for both us and Grim since we travelled with her and their communication was clear, reliable, and very reassuring. Grim’s flight went perfectly, and we could tell she was well cared for from start to finish. We’re truly grateful for their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing safe and professional pet transport.

Pet transpro did our documentation to export our rescue dog to UK.

All staff were very kind especially Tim, and all the paperwork was spot on with no issues.

There are a few reasons i cannot give 5 star though and feel like 4 stars is probably too much. The first being it was agreed our dog would be supervised 24/7 and NOT caged at all during boarding and when we came the next day at 11am we found his cage still full of urine and ripped up blankets, when we asked about this they told us he’d been lovked in his travel cage for over 12 hours and left alone. He was traumatised. We decided from this to take him out of boarding immediately which cost us more accommodation costs, it was not made clear we didn’t have to board him or we would’ve got pet friendly accommodation from the start.

You can absolutely do this process yourself if you are with your animal... we found ourselves telling the team a lot of information that they should have been informing us about. We were chasing the team for alot of information and confirming many things ourselves too. I feel we couldve done the process for a lot less money, especially because we did all the heavy lifting ourselves (vet visits ect)

Overall i am thankful for the paperwork being good to get my darling aspin home, i am grateful he survived the stressful journey home and he is very happy now! but apart from that it was very bare minimum for our standards.

Highly recommended! They are the best in business! The whole team is amazing. They are all very hands on and they consistently sent me updates on where they're at all throughout! They guided and informed me, walked me through the process and they completed all necessary paperwork. All I had to do was to make sure my dog was healthy and well. On the day of pick up, they gave my fur baby so much love before her flight. Walked, played, fed, and cuddled her until it was time for my baby's flight! They even sent me photos and videos of the documents being checked and of my baby getting loaded up on to the cargo. Thanks again to the whole team of PetTransPRO for making this possible!

I would like to thank PetTransPRO Philippines for making Toby’s relocation from the Philippines to Indiana, USA, possible. PetTransPRO was very accommodating with all our requests, especially with sudden changes of schedules and appointments. They gave us definite instructions and assistance on what to prepare, where to go, what to do, and what to provide, especially with the new CDC guidelines being implemented.
