Titer test & certification
Rabies serology test
The titer test done properly the first time: sample taken at the right moment, accredited laboratory, waiting period tracked against your departure date.
Message us with your route, pet details and target date, and we will map the next steps.

The rabies serology test is usually the longest single item in a relocation, and the one most often ruined by timing. A sample drawn before the rabies vaccine has taken, or a result below 0.5 IU/ml, sends the entire plan back to the beginning.
We schedule the sample at the right point in the vaccination timeline, submit it to a laboratory recognized by your destination's authorities, and track the result against the waiting period that follows it. The Philippines is a high-rabies country, which is why the United Kingdom, the European Union, Japan, Australia and New Zealand ask for this test from pets leaving here.
Timelines
What the wait looks like
The sample starts a government clock: as fast as two months to the UAE, about four months to the United Kingdom and the European Union, about four months to Singapore, six to seven months for Japan, and about seven months at best for Australia — longer when the pet must first travel to and complete the 180-day residence in an approved country.
Test to departure
Most destinations count the waiting period from the day the blood was drawn, not the day the result arrived — so plan in months.
Start early
Start early, but not with the sample: the microchip and the rabies vaccination come first, the sample is drawn once that vaccine has taken, and the waiting period runs from the day it is drawn.
Common questions
Answers before you ask
The questions owners raise most about this service.
When should the blood sample be taken?
After the rabies vaccination has had time to take — usually at least 30 days after the vaccine — and the microchip must be in place first. The date the sample is drawn is the date the waiting period runs from, so it decides your earliest possible departure.
What if the result comes back below 0.5 IU/ml?
Your pet is re-vaccinated and the test is repeated, and the waiting period restarts from the new sample. It is uncommon, but it is exactly why we do not book flights before the result is in hand.
How long does the result stay valid?
It depends on the destination. Some accept it for the pet's lifetime as long as booster vaccinations stay current; others want the sample taken inside a set window. We check the rule that applies to your destination and keep the certificate where the airline and the arrival officer expect to find it.
