Flights do not line up with human schedules. A pet arriving on a late cargo flight, or leaving on one that needs a 4am drop-off, needs somewhere calm in between — not a cage in a corner, but a proper stay with people who already know what the next morning looks like.
Pet Transient is that stopover: feeding, walking and handling by trained staff, a clean and quiet space to settle, and coordination with our documentation team so the boarding lines up with the flight instead of fighting it.

Can my pet stay before an early cargo drop-off?
Yes — it is one of the most common reasons pets stay with us. An early departure means a very early drop-off, so we keep your pet settled and ready while you sleep, instead of waking them at 3am to queue at a cargo counter.
Who looks after my pet during the stay?
Trained handlers who work with traveling animals every week, following your feeding and medication instructions, with the flight schedule on the wall so nothing is missed.
