What each number actually means
A number without a definition is marketing. These are ours, stated so you can hold us to them.
- 5.0/5.0
- The mean rating on our Google Business Profile at the capture date above. It is not a satisfaction score we calculate ourselves, and we do not include ratings from other platforms in this number.
- 429 reviews, and counting
- The count of published reviews behind that rating at the capture date. It moves as new reviews are left, so the number shown on this site is dated rather than presented as permanent.
- 100+ destinations
- Distinct destination countries and cities across all completed relocations since 2018 — not the number of routes we sell in any given month.
- Within one working day
- Our reply target for an inquiry that includes the route, the pet's details and a target date — one working day, Monday to Saturday. It is a response commitment, not a promise that a relocation can be completed in a day.
- Reviewed on
- The date a destination page was last checked against the destination's own requirements. Rules change; the date tells you how current the page is.
- Overnight staffing, webcams or facility features we do not operate.
- Airlines, veterinary clinics or government agencies as partners, unless a written arrangement exists.
- Fixed prices or fixed timelines before we have checked your pet's records against the destination's rules.
- Review counts or scale figures we cannot point you to the source of.
If something on this site is out of date, tell us and we will correct it rather than let a stale number stand.
