ABCD crate sizing
Which crate does your pet need?
Measure your pet as it stands naturally, enter the four figures below, and we will tell you the smallest container we carry that meets the airline's sizing rules — with the internal dimensions it must have.
Measurements in centimetres, taken with the pet standing.Sizes shown are the containers we stock: strict internal dimensions, which is what the airline checks.

How we choose
The sizes we stock
- Every container is IATA compliant and measured internally. The calculator returns the smallest one that satisfies all three rules.
- The animal must be able to stand upright, turn about normally and lie in a natural position. If the figures sit between two sizes, the larger one is the safe choice.
- A standing allowance of 2 cm is added to the pet's height. Treat the result as a guide: the final crate is sized against your pet's actual ABCD measurements and confirmed by your consultant before booking, and airline acceptance is always subject to their own check.
The containers we work with: BB25 · BB35 · BB45 · BB55 · GR-4 · GR-5 · GR-6 · GR-7 · BB75 · BB85 · BB95 · PP60N · PP90 · PP100
Want us to confirm it?
