- Delivery outside the city limits, which your consultant assesses from the address
- Charges arising from a documentation violation
- Freight, airline and other third-party charges
- Boarding, lodging or local travel beyond the agreed hand-over
- Tax-exempt shipments, which are quoted from a separate flat table
